Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) maintains an ELL with equipment, hardware, and furniture available for employee trial use of up to 30 days. This provides an opportunity to try something, such as a chair or keyboard, to ensure it is a good fit before purchasing. To request an item, complete the ELL Request Form. ELL items include:

Chairs
Employees can schedule an appointment to try available ELL chairs. ELL chairs can be borrowed in campus workspaces by employees for up to 30 days. This provides time to ensure the chair model is comfortable and good fit. EHS will deliver and pick up chairs. If a quote is needed on a specific chair model, EHS will assist the employee in obtaining it. Approval for a chair, ordering, and purchasing are the responsibility of the employee's department.
