The Building Environmental Science team oversees the coordination of inspections, project management, scope development, capital construction review, and interfaces with university departments, auxiliaries, and contractors related to building sciences. Building Environmental Science also oversees in-depth programs, including:
- Asbestos management program
- Lead-based paint and general lead program management
- Drinking water monitoring
- Indoor air quality
- Outdoor air quality
- Water intrusion/mold prevention
- Silica Exposure Control Program
