The Oct. 18 party related to the report of possible drink tampering occurred at 594 E 16th Ave., not at the fraternity chapter house. The party was hosted by Alpha Tau Omega members. 

During the investigation, a second report of possible drink tampering was received from a student who attended several events on Oct. 18, including one at the unaffiliated Kappa Sigma fraternity. At this time, there is no indication that this was related to the ATO party.
