EHS manages a Job Hazard Survey to determine the training needs of each employee and to identify departmental needs for exposure assessment and/or training.

General rules for use
This survey will provide supervisors:
- Individualized training plans for each of their staff members.
- A predictable quarterly training schedule for each employee.
- Improved EHS responsiveness to supervisors’ training needs.
The survey form takes approximately five minutes to complete per employee.
The survey form must be filled out by the supervisor for each of their employees. Ideally this should be conducted with each employee or a group of employees with largely congruent on-the-job tasks.
